The Oatey 31008 Solvent Cement is a clear, heavy-duty PVC cement made by Oatey. This product comes in a 32-ounce can and is designed to bond PVC pipes and fittings. It is suitable for all schedules and classes of PVC pipe up to 12 inches in diameter with interference fit, and up to 18 inches for non-pressure applications.
