The Crouse-Hinds CHICOSS2 is a two-ounce cartridge of SpeedSeal conduit sealing compound. This product is designed to create a reliable, explosion-proof seal in hazardous environments. It is quick-setting and comes in a user-friendly applicator. The SpeedSeal compound requires no mixing and is easily dispensed. Once injected, it expands to fill the entire fitting and automatically separates the individual conductors. This eliminates the need for fiber packing and simplifies installation. The compound is suitable for Class I, Division 1 Groups C, D and Class II, Division 1 Groups E, F, G environments.
