The Alemite 6703-B is a grease gun extension hose and hydraulic coupler assembly designed for use with hydraulic fittings. It includes a hose assembly model 317850-1F and a coupler model 308730. The hose assembly consists of a reinforced oil-resistant synthetic rubber tube with a 3/16-inch inner diameter and a 0.48-inch outer diameter, and two permanently attached 1/8-inch NPTF male couplings. This hose assembly is 18 inches long and has a minimum burst pressure of 12,000 psi and an operating pressure of 4,800 psi. The couplings are made of zinc-plated steel for improved resistance to corrosion. This hose can only be used with hand-operated equipment, including manual grease guns. It should not be used with power-operated equipment. The narrow-type 1/8-inch NPTF hydraulic coupler provides quick, positive, and leak-proof connections with hydraulic fittings. It features a rubber seal. The coupling sleeve has a knurled end for ease of handling and is made of zinc-plated steel for corrosion resistance.
