It accepts 1/4 inch OD tubing on two ports and connects to a 1/8 inch NPTF male thread on the side outlet. The swivel feature on the male thread port allows for rotational adjustment after assembly, reducing stress on connected lines. Rated for a maximum working pressure of 260 psi, this fitting is suited for general-purpose pneumatic plumbing tasks. Licensed plumbers, pipefitters, and pneumatic system technicians are the typical installers.

This fitting is intended for general-purpose pneumatic tubing systems where a 90-degree or tee branch connection is needed between 1/4 inch OD tubing runs and a male NPT threaded port. Common applications include compressed air distribution, instrumentation lines, and light industrial pneumatic circuits. The push-to-connect design allows for fast, tool-free tube insertion and release, making it practical in tight service spaces or during new system builds.

Key Features

Push-to-connect tube ports accept 1/4 inch OD tubing without additional fittings or tools

Swivel male NPTF side port allows rotational adjustment to align connected components

Nickel-plated brass construction resists corrosion in typical pneumatic service environments

Maximum working pressure of 260 psi suitable for standard compressed air systems

Operating temperature range from -4 degrees F to 175 degrees F covers most indoor pneumatic applications

Vacuum-capable rated to 29.5 in-Hg for light vacuum circuit use

Compatibility

Designed for general-purpose pneumatic tubing systems using 1/4 inch OD tubing and 1/8 inch NPTF male threaded ports.
