Rated MERV 13, it captures over 90% of airborne particles between 1 and 10 microns, and between 50% and 70% of particles in the 0.3 to 1 micron range. The integrated carbon layer addresses odors alongside standard particulate filtration. This filter ships as a 6-pack, cut to exact dimensions of 21.5 x 23.38 x 0.75 inches, and is manufactured in the USA to order based on the measurements provided at the time of purchase.

This filter is suited for residential forced-air furnace and central air conditioning systems where a standard nominal size does not match the actual filter opening. It is the correct choice when a measured filter slot falls outside standard sizing by more than 0.125 inches in either dimension. HVAC technicians and homeowners handling their own filter maintenance both install this type of filter. The 6-pack format supports a full replacement cycle, with 1-inch filters typically replaced every 30 to 90 days depending on household conditions such as pets, dust levels, and local air quality.

Key Features

MERV 13 filtration captures lint, dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, smoke, bacteria, viruses, and smog particles

Carbon layer reduces common household odors alongside particulate filtration

Custom-cut to exact dimensions of 21.5 x 23.38 x 0.75 inches - not a nominal approximation

Reinforced 2-part frame construction supports consistent airflow and structural integrity over the service life

Manufactured in the USA to order from the dimensions specified at purchase

Comes in a 6-pack for multiple replacement cycles

Compatibility

Designed as a custom exact-size replacement for residential and light-commercial AC and furnace filter slots with an actual measured opening of 21.5 x 23.38 x 0.75 inches. Verify slot measurements with a tape measure before ordering. Confirm airflow direction arrow on the filter frame aligns with the direction of airflow toward the blower. Because this filter is custom-made to order, measure the actual filter slot dimensions to the nearest 0.125 inches before purchasing - do not rely on the size printed on the existing filter frame. Custom-manufactured filters are non-returnable.

Technical Specifications

Filter Type: MERV 13 Plus Carbon

MERV Rating: 13

Actual Size: 21.5 x 23.38 x 0.75 inches

Nominal Size: 21.5 x 23.375 x 1 inches

Quantity Per Box: 6

Frame Construction: Reinforced 2-part frame

Weight: 6 pounds

Box Dimensions: 26 x 26 x 7 inches

Country of Origin: USA

UPC: 848224160779

Standard Information

Brand: NORDIC PURE

Manufacturer Part Number: 21_1/2x23_3/8x1ExactCustomM13+C-6

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0270/4519/9983/files/0b4260f71d995777c5733963f396df69_11a03566-4314-43d2-9ca9-570fd5e46304.jpg?v=1790000324
