With an actual size of 8 x 13 x 0.75 inches and a nominal size of 9x13x1, this filter is hand-fabricated to exact dimensions and sold in a 6-pack. It is designed for residential and light-commercial HVAC systems including forced-air furnaces and central air conditioning equipment. Licensed HVAC technicians and knowledgeable DIYers install this filter in standard 1-inch filter slots as a replacement air filtration media.

This filter is suited for residential forced-air systems where occupants require high-efficiency particle capture alongside odor control from smoke, cooking, or pet sources. Because it is custom-made to the dimensions specified at the time of order, it is well-suited to non-standard filter cavities where a stock size does not fit within the required 1/8-inch tolerance. Installers should measure the existing filter opening precisely before ordering, as custom-sized filters are manufactured to the listed actual dimensions and are not eligible for return.

Key Features

MERV 13 rating captures over 90% of airborne particles between 1 and 10 microns, and 50%-70% of particles between 0.3 and 1 microns, including dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, smoke, bacteria, and viruses

Activated carbon layer reduces common household odors from smoke, cooking, and pets

Custom-fabricated to actual size of 8 x 13 x 0.75 inches to fit non-standard filter openings

Reinforced 2-part frame provides added structural durability and supports consistent airflow across the filter face

Sold as a 6-pack, supporting extended service intervals of 30-90 days per filter depending on environmental conditions

Made in the USA

Compatibility

Designed for forced-air furnaces and central air conditioning systems with a 1-inch filter slot requiring an actual filter dimension of 8 x 13 x 0.75 inches. Before replacing the filter, set the thermostat to the off position to stop airflow through the system. Confirm airflow direction arrow on the filter frame aligns with the direction of air movement toward the blower. Because this filter is custom-made to exact dimensions and cannot be returned, measure the existing filter or filter slot carefully to the nearest 1/8 inch before ordering.

Technical Specifications

Filter Type: MERV 13 Plus Carbon

MERV Rating: 13

Nominal Size: 9 x 13 x 1 inches

Actual Size: 8 x 13 x 0.75 inches

Quantity per Box: 6

Weight: 2.5 pounds

Box Width: 15 inches

Box Height: 15 inches

Box Depth: 7 inches

Country of Origin: USA

UPC: 848224161226

Standard Information

Brand: NORDIC PURE

Manufacturer Part Number: 9x13x1CustomM13+C-6

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0270/4519/9983/files/0b4260f71d995777c5733963f396df69_bfc8afec-227d-421c-a392-5392b72ab929.jpg?v=1789962595
