Sold in a 6-pack, each filter measures 29.5 x 35.5 x 0.75 inches actual size and fits a nominal 30x36x1 opening. The electrostatically charged filter media captures lint, dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, and other common airborne particles in the 3-10 micron range at a 50 to 70 percent capture rate. The beverage board frame is moisture resistant and heavy duty. These filters are manufactured in the USA to the exact dimensions specified at order, making them a direct-fit solution where standard sizes are unavailable.

This filter is suited for residential forced-air furnaces, central air conditioning systems, and light commercial air handlers that require a non-standard filter size. The MERV 7 rating is comparable to an MPR 600 rating used by some manufacturers. It is rated under the ASHRAE standard, which provides a consistent efficiency benchmark across brands. Typical install intervals are every 1 to 3 months, with more frequent changes recommended in homes with pets or occupants sensitive to airborne allergens. Custom sizing means these filters are hand-cut or assembled from multiple frames; tape may be used in construction depending on dimensions.

Key Features

MERV 7 rating captures 50 to 70 percent of particles between 3 and 10 microns, including dust, pollen, pet dander, and mold spores

Electrostatically charged pleated media improves particle attraction without significantly restricting airflow

Moisture-resistant beverage board frame with reinforced 2-part construction for added durability

Custom-made to nominal 30x36x1 dimensions; actual size is 29.5 x 35.5 x 0.75 inches

Sold as a 6-pack for extended service coverage

Made in the USA

Compatibility

Designed as a custom OEM-style replacement for residential and light commercial HVAC systems requiring a nominal 30x36x1 filter slot. Actual size is 29.5 x 35.5 x 0.75 inches.

Installation Notes

Air filter replacement is a standard HVAC maintenance task performed by licensed HVAC technicians and qualified service professionals. Power down the air handler or furnace at the disconnect or thermostat before removing the existing filter. Note airflow direction arrows on the filter frame and install the new filter with the arrow pointing toward the blower. Because this is a custom-made size, the filter is not returnable once ordered; confirm exact slot dimensions with a tape measure before placing an order.

Technical Specifications

Filter Type: MERV 7 Pleated

MERV Rating: 7

Nominal Size: 30x36x1 inches

Actual Size: 29.5 x 35.5 x 0.75 inches

Quantity per Box: 6

Frame Material: Moisture-resistant beverage board

Weight: 7 pounds

Country of Origin: USA

UPC: 848224093633

Standard Information

Brand: NORDIC PURE

Manufacturer Part Number: 30x36x1CustomM7-6

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0270/4519/9983/files/b8bdff14e88b596e98d4712086499c4a_338fe114-de4f-4fcf-9437-0b1013babaa0.jpg?v=1790023748
