Built to exact nominal dimensions of 26x30x1 inches with an actual size of 25.5 x 29.5 x 0.75 inches, this filter captures over 90% of airborne particles between 1 and 10 microns and 50% to 70% of particles between 0.3 and 1 microns. The carbon layer addresses odors from smoke, pets, and household chemicals. HVAC technicians and knowledgeable homeowners install this filter in forced-air furnace and air conditioning systems where non-standard filter openings require a custom-cut solution.

This filter is suited for residential forced-air furnaces and central air conditioning systems that require a non-standard opening size. Because it is manufactured to the exact dimensions specified at the time of order, it is critical to measure the existing filter opening before ordering. The 26x30x1 nominal size corresponds to an actual filter face of 25.5 x 29.5 inches and a depth of 0.75 inches. This six-pack format reduces service call frequency and ensures replacement filters are on hand. Recommended replacement interval for 1-inch filters is every 30 to 90 days depending on system load, occupancy, and local air quality conditions.

Key Features

MERV 13 rating captures over 90% of particles 1 to 10 microns, including dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, smoke, bacteria, and virus carriers

Activated carbon layer reduces common household odors from smoke, cooking, and pets

Custom-manufactured to the exact nominal size of 26x30x1 inches; actual size 25.5 x 29.5 x 0.75 inches

Reinforced two-part frame construction provides structural stability and supports consistent airflow over the filter life

Sold in a six-pack for extended service coverage with a 30 to 90 day recommended replacement cycle

Made in the USA

Compatibility

Designed as a custom OEM-style replacement for residential and light-commercial forced-air furnace and central air conditioning systems with a 26x30x1 nominal filter opening. Because this is a custom-made product, verify the actual filter cavity dimensions before ordering. The actual filter size of 25.5 x 29.5 x 0.75 inches should fall within 1/8 inch of the measured opening; if not, a different custom size may be required.

Installation Notes

Installation is performed by a licensed HVAC technician or a qualified service professional. Power down the HVAC system at the thermostat and, where applicable, at the disconnect before removing the existing filter. Note the airflow direction arrow on the filter frame and orient the replacement filter so the arrow points toward the blower. Because this is a custom-cut product, it is not eligible for return; confirm exact measurements before placing the order.

Technical Specifications

Filter Type: MERV 13 Plus Carbon

MERV Rating: 13

Nominal Size: 26 x 30 x 1 inches

Actual Size: 25.5 x 29.5 x 0.75 inches

Quantity per Box: 6

Package Weight: 6 pounds

Package Dimensions: 30 x 37 x 6 inches

Country of Origin: USA

UPC: 848224160984

Standard Information

Brand: NORDIC PURE

Manufacturer Part Number: 26x30x1CustomM13+C-6

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0270/4519/9983/files/0b4260f71d995777c5733963f396df69_40682ee2-9c3b-4382-8a07-a7589157c363.jpg?v=1790037934
