With an actual size of 24.5 x 31.5 x 0.75 inches, this filter targets airborne particles in the 3-10 micron range, capturing 70-85% of lint, dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, and common household odors. It ships as a 6-pack and is manufactured to the exact listed dimensions. HVAC technicians and experienced homeowners install this filter as a direct drop-in replacement for non-standard filter openings that fall outside typical stock sizes.

This filter is suited for residential and light commercial forced-air systems where a non-standard nominal size of 25x32x1 is required. The activated carbon media layer adds odor-reduction capability beyond standard MERV 8 filtration, making it a practical choice in environments with pets, cooking odors, or light airborne chemicals. The reinforced two-part frame supports consistent airflow and structural integrity throughout the filter's service life. Filters of this thickness are recommended for replacement every 30-90 days depending on indoor air quality conditions and system runtime.

Key Features

MERV 8 filtration captures 70-85% of airborne particles between 3-10 microns, including pollen, dust, pet dander, and mold spores

Activated carbon layer reduces common household odors such as cooking, pet, and light chemical smells

Custom-made to exact nominal dimensions of 25x32x1 inches with an actual size of 24.5 x 31.5 x 0.75 inches

Reinforced two-part frame provides added structural durability and supports balanced airflow

Sold as a 6-pack to reduce reorder frequency for systems using non-standard filter sizes

Made in the USA

Compatibility

Custom-made to fit filter openings requiring a nominal 25x32x1 inch size. Before replacing the filter, shut off the HVAC system at the thermostat or disconnect to prevent unfiltered air from circulating. Confirm airflow direction arrows on the filter frame align with the direction of airflow in the system before seating the filter. Because this is a custom size, verify the actual opening dimensions against the filter actual size of 24.5 x 31.5 x 0.75 inches prior to installation to ensure a proper fit.

Technical Specifications

Filter Type: MERV 8 Plus Carbon Pleated

MERV Rating: MERV 8

Nominal Size: 25x32x1 inches

Actual Size: 24.5 x 31.5 x 0.75 inches

Quantity per Box: 6

Package Weight: 6 pounds

Box Dimensions: 30 x 37 x 6 inches

Country of Origin: USA

UPC: 848224164968

Standard Information

Brand: NORDIC PURE

Manufacturer Part Number: 25x32x1CustomM8+C-6

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0270/4519/9983/files/6ddac352816a885602759fc7a6c0d24c_d292869c-81e9-402b-b79b-36303876f564.jpg?v=1790065882
