Sold in a six-pack, each filter measures an actual 21.5 x 22.5 x 0.75 inches to fit openings nominally listed as 22x23x1. The activated carbon layer targets odors in addition to particulates, while the MERV 10 rating captures over 85% of airborne particles between 3 and 10 microns. A licensed HVAC technician or experienced DIYer typically handles the replacement. These filters are hand-cut to the exact listed dimensions and are non-returnable once manufactured.

This filter fits residential and light-commercial forced-air systems where a 22x23x1 nominal slot is specified. The MERV 10 Plus Carbon rating makes it appropriate for households with pets, allergy concerns, or noticeable odors. Nordic Pure constructs these custom sizes by cutting down or combining standard filter frames, using a reinforced two-part frame to maintain structural integrity and consistent airflow. Because the nominal size does not match a standard off-the-shelf dimension, buyers should measure their existing filter to confirm the actual opening before ordering. Replacement interval is 30 to 90 days under normal residential conditions.

Key Features

MERV 10 rating captures over 85% of particles from 3 to 10 microns, including lint, dust, pollen, pet dander, and mold spores

Activated carbon layer reduces common household odors from pets, cooking, and general air circulation

Reinforced two-part frame construction maintains shape and supports consistent airflow over the full service life

Custom actual size of 21.5 x 22.5 x 0.75 inches fits nominal 22x23x1 openings not served by standard stock sizes

Six filters per box for extended supply on a single order

Made in the USA

Compatibility

Designed for forced-air furnace and central air conditioning systems with a nominal 22x23x1 filter slot. Confirm airflow direction arrows on the filter frame align with the direction of airflow toward the blower. Custom-cut filters may use taped frame seams; inspect the frame for a secure fit within the track before restoring system operation. Replace every 30 to 90 days depending on household dust load, pet presence, and local air quality.

Technical Specifications

Filter Type: MERV 10 Plus Carbon Pleated

MERV Rating: 10

Nominal Size: 22 x 23 x 1 inches

Actual Size: 21.5 x 22.5 x 0.75 inches

Quantity per Box: 6

Package Weight: 6 pounds

Box Dimensions: 26 x 26 x 7 inches

Recommended Replacement Interval: 30 to 90 days

Country of Origin: USA

Standard Information

Brand: NORDIC PURE

Manufacturer Part Number: 22x23x1CustomM10+C-6

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0270/4519/9983/files/101b1300033b35987e698aad28b6d8a2_596d5ec9-6357-42ca-97fe-cedf8734f33e.jpg?v=1789956245
