Sold in a six-pack, each filter measures 21.5 x 21.5 x 0.75 inches actual size and fits nominal 22x22x1 filter slots. The electrostatically charged synthetic filter media captures airborne particulates including lint, household dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, and baking flour. The integrated carbon layer helps reduce common household odors. MERV 7 efficiency means the media captures 50 to 70 percent of particles in the 3 to 10 micron range. Licensed HVAC technicians and knowledgeable homeowners install this filter as a direct drop-in replacement for standard 22x22x1 disposable filters.

This filter is suited for forced-air residential furnaces and central air conditioning systems with a 22x22x1 nominal filter slot. The custom construction uses a reinforced two-part frame, which may incorporate tape depending on the cut dimensions required. Because this is a custom-made product cut to the stated nominal size, the actual dimensions are 21.5 x 21.5 x 0.75 inches. Buyers should measure their existing filter before ordering. Nordic Pure recommends replacing this filter every 30 to 90 days depending on indoor air quality conditions, occupancy, and the presence of pets or allergen sources.

Key Features

MERV 7 plus carbon media captures particles from 3 to 10 microns at 50 to 70 percent efficiency while also reducing odors

Electrostatically charged synthetic media attracts and holds airborne particulates without significantly restricting airflow

Reinforced two-part frame construction provides added durability for the custom size format

Custom-cut to 22x22x1 nominal dimensions with an actual size of 21.5 x 21.5 x 0.75 inches

Six filters per box, supporting a full season of scheduled replacements

Made in the USA

Compatibility

Designed as a custom-size OEM-style replacement for residential and light commercial forced-air furnace and air conditioning systems requiring a 22x22x1 nominal filter. Confirm the actual filter slot dimensions with a tape measure before installing a custom-size filter. Note the airflow direction arrow on the filter frame and orient it toward the blower, not toward the return air duct. Replace every 30 to 90 days or sooner in high-dust or high-occupancy environments.

Technical Specifications

Filter Type: MERV 7 Plus Carbon Pleated

MERV Rating: 7

Nominal Size: 22x22x1 inches

Actual Size: 21.5 x 21.5 x 0.75 inches

Particle Capture Efficiency: 50 to 70 percent for particles 3 to 10 microns

Quantity per Box: 6

Weight: 5 pounds

Box Dimensions: 26 x 26 x 7 inches

Country of Origin: USA

UPC: 848224104728

Standard Information

Brand: NORDIC PURE

Manufacturer Part Number: 22x22x1CustomM7+C-6

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0270/4519/9983/files/22407e7d058256b6ce95849ba8756844_12037938-cc9f-4fa4-b85c-bda8d2856d79.jpg?v=1789994776
