It is designed for residential and light commercial HVAC systems where standard sizes do not fit. The filter media is electrostatically charged synthetic material that captures airborne particulates while the carbon layer addresses common household odors. Each box contains 6 filters. At a nominal size of 20x36x1 inches and an actual size of 19.5 x 35.5 x 0.75 inches, this filter is manufactured to order and installed by HVAC technicians or knowledgeable property owners performing routine maintenance.

This filter is suited for forced-air residential and light commercial HVAC applications where a custom footprint is required. It fits air handler returns and furnace filter slots that do not accommodate standard catalog sizes. The reinforced 2-part frame construction is used when the custom dimensions require cutting down or combining standard filter frames, sometimes with tape reinforcement for structural integrity. HVAC technicians handling non-standard duct or filter-cabinet dimensions will find this a direct custom-fabricated solution. Change intervals of 30 to 90 days are typical depending on indoor air quality conditions, occupancy, and the presence of pets or allergens.

Key Features

MERV 10 electrostatic pleated media captures over 85% of airborne particles between 3 and 10 microns, including lint, dust, pollen, pet dander, and mold spores

Activated carbon layer reduces common household odors in addition to particulate filtration

Reinforced 2-part frame provides added structural durability for consistent performance and airflow support

Custom-fabricated to exact nominal dimensions listed - actual size 19.5 x 35.5 x 0.75 inches

Electrostatically charged synthetic media maintains low airflow resistance to help HVAC systems run efficiently

Made in the USA

Compatibility

Custom-fabricated as an OEM-style replacement for residential and light commercial forced-air furnace and AC filter slots requiring a 20x36x1 nominal size. Power down the air handler or furnace at the disconnect or thermostat before replacing the filter. Confirm airflow direction marked on the filter frame aligns with system airflow before seating. Because this is a custom-fabricated size, verify the actual slot dimensions with a tape measure prior to ordering, as this product cannot be returned once manufactured.

Technical Specifications

Filter Type: MERV 10 Plus Carbon

MERV Rating: 10

Nominal Size: 20x36x1 inches

Actual Size: 19.5 x 35.5 x 0.75 inches

Quantity Per Box: 6

Weight: 7 pounds

Country of Origin: USA

Standard Information

Brand: NORDIC PURE

Manufacturer Part Number: 20x36x1CustomM10+C-6

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0270/4519/9983/files/101b1300033b35987e698aad28b6d8a2_c425a873-2360-4492-b518-4e873b43f4d7.jpg?v=1789992729
