Each filter measures 19.75 x 25.75 x 0.75 inches actual size and is built to the exact nominal dimensions entered at the time of order. The MERV 14 rating captures over 90 percent of airborne particles between 1 and 10 microns, and 75 to 95 percent of particles between 0.3 and 1 micron. The added activated carbon layer targets odors, smoke, and volatile compounds beyond what standard pleated media alone handles. These filters are hand-cut and assembled in the USA to match non-standard opening dimensions.

This filter suits residential and light-commercial HVAC applications where a standard nominal size does not fit the filter housing. It is appropriate for forced-air gas furnaces, air handlers, and central AC systems requiring a 20x26x1 nominal slot. The custom-made construction accommodates openings that fall outside the range of off-the-shelf sizes. Per-box quantity of 6 supports a full seasonal rotation without repeat ordering. Nordic Pure recommends replacing 1-inch filters every 30 to 90 days depending on air quality, pet presence, and occupancy load.

Key Features

MERV 14 filtration captures over 90 percent of particles from 1 to 10 microns, including dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, bacteria, and smoke

Activated carbon layer reduces odors, smog, and airborne chemical compounds beyond standard pleated-media performance

Custom actual size of 19.75 x 25.75 x 0.75 inches built to exact nominal dimensions for non-standard housings

Reinforced 2-part frame provides structural stability while supporting balanced airflow and consistent pressure drop

6-pack quantity covers multiple change intervals before reordering is needed

Made in the USA

Compatibility

Designed as a custom OEM-style replacement for residential and light-commercial forced-air HVAC systems requiring a 20x26x1 nominal filter size. Because this is a custom-manufactured product, verify the actual opening dimensions of your filter housing before ordering. The actual filter dimensions are 19.75 x 25.75 x 0.75 inches. Custom sizes are not returnable.

Installation Notes

Installation is performed by HVAC technicians or qualified service professionals. Always shut down the air handler or furnace at the disconnect or thermostat before removing the old filter. Confirm airflow direction arrows on the filter frame align with the direction of air movement toward the blower. Because this filter is custom-made to exact dimensions, measure the physical filter housing opening to the nearest 1/8 inch before ordering to ensure proper fit and prevent bypass air.

Technical Specifications

Filter Type: MERV 14 Plus Carbon

MERV Rating: 14

Nominal Size: 20x26x1 inches

Actual Size: 19.75 x 25.75 x 0.75 inches

Quantity per Box: 6

Package Weight: 6 pounds

Box Dimensions: 21 x 32 x 7 inches

Country of Origin: USA

Standard Information

Brand: NORDIC PURE

Manufacturer Part Number: 20x26x1CustomM14+C-6

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0270/4519/9983/files/e454bb5ddc4a9cc907a9560dec712355_c4917752-9698-4674-a730-932e09bb1fae.jpg?v=1789994053
