It is designed to capture airborne particles between 3 and 10 microns, including lint, dust, pollen, pet dander, and mold spores, with a capture rate of 70 to 85 percent for that size range. The filter media is electrostatically charged and built on a moisture-resistant beverage board frame. This filter is custom-fabricated to the listed exact dimensions and is not returnable. HVAC technicians and service professionals install these filters in residential and light commercial air handling systems.

This filter is suited for residential and commercial HVAC applications where standard nominal sizes do not match the actual filter opening. The exact actual size of 20 x 21 x 0.75 inches makes it appropriate for systems requiring a precise fit rather than a standard nominal-sized filter. It is recommended to replace this filter every one to three months under normal conditions. Households with pets or occupants with allergies may require more frequent replacement. This filter is hand-fabricated to the dimensions specified at the time of order.

Key Features

MERV 8 rated filtration captures 70 to 85 percent of airborne particles between 3 and 10 microns

Electrostatically charged filter media attracts and holds airborne contaminants

Moisture-resistant beverage board frame with reinforced 2-part construction for added durability

Filter media does not promote the growth of bacteria or mold

Custom-fabricated to exact dimensions listed; not cut from standard stock in a way that compromises structural integrity

Made in the USA

Compatibility

Designed as a custom exact-fit replacement for residential and light commercial HVAC systems requiring a filter with an actual size of 20 x 21 x 0.75 inches. Confirm the actual dimensions of the filter slot with a tape measure before installation, as nominal and actual sizes frequently differ. Install with the airflow direction arrow on the frame pointing toward the blower.
