Each filter is hand-fabricated to an exact actual size of 20 x 21.5 x 0.75 inches, making it a precision fit for non-standard filter slots that standard off-the-shelf sizes cannot accommodate. The electrostatically charged filter media captures lint, dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, and dust mites while maintaining low airflow resistance. The heavy-duty, moisture-resistant beverage board frame provides structural integrity through the full service life of the filter. Sold in a six-pack, this filter carries a MERV 7 efficiency rating as defined by ASHRAE standards, comparable to an MPR 600 rating. Installed by HVAC technicians and knowledgeable homeowners alike.

This filter is suited for residential homes and office environments where a balance of particulate capture and low static pressure drop is required. The custom dimensions make it appropriate for HVAC systems with non-standard filter cavities where nominal-size filters leave gaps or do not seat correctly. Replacement interval is typically every one to three months, with more frequent changes recommended in households with pets or allergy sufferers. The filter media is engineered to resist bacterial and mold growth on the filter surface itself, helping maintain indoor air quality between change intervals. Each unit in the six-pack is built to the same exact dimensions listed at time of order.

Key Features

MERV 7 rated per ASHRAE standards, capturing 50 to 70 percent of airborne particles between 3 and 10 microns

Exact actual size of 20 x 21.5 x 0.75 inches, custom-fabricated to fit non-standard filter openings

Electrostatically charged pleated media attracts and retains airborne particles more effectively than fiberglass media

Moisture-resistant beverage board frame with reinforced two-part construction for durability over the full service interval

Media does not promote bacterial or mold growth on the filter surface

Made in the USA

Compatibility

Designed as a custom exact-fit replacement for HVAC systems with a filter cavity accepting a 20 x 21.5 x 0.75-inch filter. Measure the actual opening in your filter slot before ordering, as custom-fabricated sizes are non-returnable. Nominal size designation is 20x21_1/2x1.

Installation Notes

Power down the HVAC system at the thermostat or disconnect before replacing the filter. Confirm airflow direction by checking the arrow printed on the filter frame and align it with the direction of airflow toward the air handler or furnace. Because this is a custom-fabricated size, verify the actual cavity dimensions with a tape measure before ordering. Custom filters are not eligible for return, so accurate field measurement is critical prior to purchase.

Technical Specifications

Filter Type: MERV 7 Pleated

MERV Rating: 7

Nominal Size: 20x21_1/2x1

Actual Size: 20 x 21.5 x 0.75 inches

Quantity per Box: 6

Frame Material: Moisture-resistant beverage board

Country of Origin: USA

Package Weight: 5 pounds

Package Dimensions: 21 x 26 x 7 inches

Standard Information

Brand: NORDIC PURE

Manufacturer Part Number: 20x21_1/2x1ExactCustomM7-6

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0270/4519/9983/files/b8bdff14e88b596e98d4712086499c4a_63f095bf-68d9-4b5c-b222-ebcb02d7cca1.jpg?v=1789990789
