Sold in a pack of six, each filter carries a nominal size of 20x20x1 and an actual size of 19.5 x 19.5 x 0.75 inches. The polyester filter media is engineered with 2.5 times more pleats than standard filters, increasing surface area for more effective particle capture without restricting airflow. A two-part, moisture-resistant beverage board frame holds the media securely in place throughout the service life of the filter.

This filter is suited for residential homes and commercial buildings where consistent indoor air quality and HVAC system protection are priorities. The self-supporting polyester media resists mold growth and captures lint, dust, pollen, pet dander, dust mites, and mold spores. The six-pack format supports routine filter replacement, with a general service interval of two to three months depending on environmental conditions such as pets, construction activity, or high-dust environments. Licensed HVAC technicians and knowledgeable end users alike install this filter as a direct drop-in replacement during scheduled maintenance.

Key Features

MERV 8 rating equivalent to MPR 600-800, meeting recognized industry filtration standards

2.5 times more pleats than standard filters for increased particle capture surface area

Actual size of 19.5 x 19.5 x 0.75 inches for a precise fit in compatible filter slots

Moisture-resistant beverage board frame resists warping and maintains structural integrity

Self-supporting polyester media resists mold growth and maintains form without a wire backing

Manufactured in the USA

Compatibility

Designed as an OEM-style replacement for residential and light commercial forced-air HVAC systems that accept a 20x20x1 nominal filter.
