The filter measures an actual 20 x 20.5 x 0.75 inches and is sold in a 6-pack. MERV 14 filtration captures over 90% of airborne particles between 1 and 10 microns, and between 75% and 95% of particles in the 0.3 to 1 micron range. The activated carbon layer adds odor-reduction capability alongside the mechanical filtration. A reinforced two-part frame supports structural integrity and consistent airflow across the filter face. Licensed HVAC technicians and knowledgeable homeowners install this filter in forced-air furnace and air conditioning systems.

This filter is manufactured to exact custom dimensions and is suited for forced-air systems where standard nominal sizes do not provide a proper fit. The actual dimensions are 20 x 20.5 x 0.75 inches. Because the filter is custom-made to the dimensions listed, it is not returnable. Installers should measure the existing filter or filter slot to the nearest 1/8 inch before ordering. The filter addresses particles including lint, dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, smoke, bacteria, and odors, making it appropriate for residential environments with elevated air-quality demands.

Key Features

MERV 14 filtration captures over 90% of particles between 1 and 10 microns and 75%-95% of particles between 0.3 and 1 microns

Integrated carbon layer reduces common household odors including smoke and smog

Custom-cut to exact dimensions of 20 x 20.5 x 0.75 inches for non-standard filter openings

Reinforced two-part frame provides added durability and supports balanced airflow

Sold as a 6-pack for extended service intervals

Made in the USA

Compatibility

Designed as a custom exact-fit replacement for residential and light-commercial forced-air furnace and air conditioning systems requiring a filter with actual dimensions of 20 x 20.5 x 0.75 inches.
