Each filter measures 17 x 28 x 0.75 inches actual size and is hand-fabricated to those precise measurements. The carbon layer targets odors alongside the standard particulate filtration provided by MERV 7 media. A reinforced two-part frame adds structural stability during the full service life. This pack includes six filters and is intended for installation by HVAC technicians or knowledgeable DIYers who have confirmed the exact filter cavity dimensions before ordering.

This filter is suited for residential forced-air furnaces and central air conditioning systems that require a non-standard filter size not available in off-the-shelf dimensions. Because the filter is custom-fabricated to the nominal size of 17 x 28 x 1 with an actual size of 17 x 28 x 0.75 inches, it is intended for filter tracks or cabinets where a standard size does not fit within the recommended 1/8-inch tolerance. Replacement intervals of every 30 to 90 days are typical for 1-inch filters, depending on household dust load, pet presence, and local air quality conditions.

Key Features

MERV 7 filtration captures 50 to 70 percent of airborne particles between 3 and 10 microns, including lint, dust, pollen, pet dander, and mold spores

Carbon layer reduces common household odors without significantly increasing static pressure drop

Custom-cut to exact dimensions - actual size 17 x 28 x 0.75 inches - for filter cavities that standard sizes do not fit

Reinforced two-part frame construction supports consistent airflow and resists collapse during the service cycle

Made in the USA

Pack of six filters included

Compatibility

Designed for residential and light-commercial forced-air furnace and central AC filter tracks requiring a custom nominal size of 17 x 28 x 1 with an actual size of 17 x 28 x 0.75 inches.
