It is built from electrostatically charged synthetic media that attracts and captures airborne particulates on each pass through the system. The carbon layer addresses common household odors. Actual dimensions are 17 x 17 x 0.75 inches, cut to an exact fit for the listed nominal size. This filter is intended for residential and light-commercial HVAC systems and is installed by HVAC technicians or qualified DIYers performing routine filter maintenance.

This custom exact-fit filter is sized for air handlers, furnaces, and central AC systems where standard nominal sizes do not provide an adequate fit. Because the filter is manufactured to the exact dimensions listed, it is intended for installations where the filter slot requires a precise 17 x 17 x 0.75 inch actual size. The custom construction may incorporate a reinforced two-part frame, which can include taped sections depending on the cut dimensions required. Twelve filters per box supports extended maintenance intervals without repeat ordering.

Key Features

MERV 7 filtration captures 50 to 70 percent of airborne particles between 3 and 10 microns, including lint, dust, pollen, pet dander, and mold spores

Activated carbon layer reduces common household odors on each air pass

Electrostatically charged synthetic media enhances particle attraction without significantly restricting airflow

Reinforced two-part frame provides added structural durability over single-frame designs

Custom exact-fit construction sized to 17 x 17 x 0.75 inches actual dimensions

Made in the USA

Compatibility

Designed as a custom exact-fit replacement for residential and light-commercial furnace and air handler systems requiring an actual filter size of 17 x 17 x 0.75 inches. Always shut down the HVAC system at the thermostat and disconnect power at the breaker before removing or installing an air filter. Confirm airflow direction arrows on the filter frame align with the direction of airflow in the duct or air handler. Filters in this product type are recommended for replacement every 30 to 90 days depending on environmental conditions such as pet presence, construction dust, or high pollen seasons.

Technical Specifications

Filter Type: MERV 7 Plus Carbon Pleated

MERV Rating: 7

Nominal Size: 17 x 17 x 1 inches

Actual Size: 17 x 17 x 0.75 inches

Quantity per Box: 12

Package Weight: 6.5 pounds

Box Dimensions: 21 x 20 x 11 inches

Country of Origin: USA

Standard Information

Brand: NORDIC PURE

Manufacturer Part Number: 17x17x1ExactCustomM7+C-12

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0270/4519/9983/files/ee97236c8e2080dcca951733574d7878_35741758-beb9-47bd-9c8e-e1fd66501d4a.jpg?v=1789993415
