The actual dimensions are 14.5 inches x 30.25 inches x 0.75 inches, cut to the exact nominal size specified at order. The MERV 14 rating means this filter captures over 90% of airborne particles between 1 and 10 microns, and between 75% and 95% of particles in the 0.3 to 1 micron range. The integrated carbon layer addresses odors alongside fine particulate filtration. Licensed HVAC technicians and experienced DIYers install this filter in residential or light-commercial forced-air systems where non-standard filter openings require a custom fit.

This filter is suited for residential and light-commercial HVAC systems with non-standard or irregular filter-slot dimensions that cannot accommodate a stock nominal size. It works in forced-air furnaces and central air conditioning air handlers. Because each unit is hand-fabricated to the dimensions entered at the time of order, it is essential to measure the existing filter with a tape measure before ordering. The actual width and length of the current filter should be within 1/8 of an inch of the size ordered. The 1-inch depth is appropriate for single-slot return-air grilles and standard 1-inch filter tracks.

Key Features

MERV 14 filtration captures over 90% of particles between 1 and 10 microns, including dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, smoke, bacteria, and fine smog particles

Activated carbon layer reduces common household odors from the air stream

Custom-fabricated to the exact nominal dimensions ordered - actual size 14.5 inches x 30.25 inches x 0.75 inches

Reinforced 2-part frame construction provides structural support and consistent airflow across the filter face

Sold as a 6-pack, providing an extended supply for routine filter replacement cycles

Made in the USA

Compatibility

Designed for forced-air furnaces and central air conditioning air handlers requiring a custom nominal filter size of 15x30 5/8x1. Always shut down the furnace or air handler at the thermostat and disconnect power at the breaker before removing or installing air filters. Confirm airflow direction and orient the filter so the arrow on the frame points toward the blower. Because this is a custom-made product, verify measurements to the nearest 1/8 of an inch before ordering, as custom sizes are non-returnable.

Technical Specifications

Filter Type: MERV 14 Plus Carbon

Nominal Size: 15x30 5/8x1 inches

Actual Size: 14.5 inches x 30.25 inches x 0.75 inches

MERV Rating: 14

Quantity per Pack: 6

Weight: 6 pounds

Box Width: 21 inches

Box Height: 32 inches

Box Depth: 7 inches

Country of Origin: USA

UPC: 848224161578

Standard Information

Brand: NORDIC PURE

Manufacturer Part Number: 15x30_5/8x1CustomM14+C-6

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0270/4519/9983/files/e454bb5ddc4a9cc907a9560dec712355_abb0468d-ef12-4dee-a4c5-ef11a4bcab15.jpg?v=1789991007
