Manufactured to exact dimensions of 15 x 23 x 0.75 inches actual size, this filter delivers high-efficiency particulate filtration combined with activated carbon for odor reduction. MERV 13 performance captures over 90% of airborne particles between 1 and 10 microns and 50% to 70% of particles between 0.3 and 1 microns. Each order includes 6 filters. HVAC technicians and knowledgeable homeowners install this filter where a non-standard opening requires a precision-cut replacement rather than a nominal off-the-shelf size.

This filter is suited for residential HVAC systems with non-standard filter openings where nominal sizes do not fit correctly. The 1-inch depth fits shallow filter tracks common in wall returns, ceiling returns, and single-stage air handlers. The added carbon layer targets household odors from pets, cooking, and smoke alongside standard particulate loads including pollen, dust, pet dander, mold spores, bacteria, and viruses. Recommended replacement interval for 1-inch filters is every 30 to 90 days depending on indoor air quality conditions and system runtime. The reinforced 2-part frame supports consistent airflow and structural integrity over the filter service life.

Key Features

MERV 13 filtration captures over 90% of particles from 1 to 10 microns and 50% to 70% of particles from 0.3 to 1 microns

Activated carbon layer reduces odors from pets, cooking, smoke, and smog

Custom-cut to exact dimensions of 15 x 23 x 0.75 inches actual size - not a nominal approximation

Reinforced 2-part frame provides structural support and balanced airflow resistance

Pack of 6 filters supports multiple change intervals without reordering

Made in the USA

Compatibility

Custom-made to fit filter openings with an actual measured size of 15 x 23 x 0.75 inches.
