Built from electrostatically charged synthetic media, it captures over 90% of airborne particles in the 1-10 micron range and 50-70% of particles in the 0.3-1 micron range. The carbon layer provides supplemental odor reduction. This 12-pack ships at an actual size of 14 x 22 x 0.75 inches to fit openings labeled 14x22x1. Licensed HVAC technicians and knowledgeable DIYers install this filter as a direct drop-in replacement in standard 1-inch filter slots.

This filter is suited for residential gas furnaces, heat pumps, and central air conditioning systems where a 14x22x1 nominal filter slot is present. The MERV 13 plus carbon rating makes it appropriate for households with occupants sensitive to dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, smoke, bacteria, or odors. Because this is a custom-manufactured size, it is built to exact dimensions and is non-returnable. HVAC professionals should verify the actual slot opening with a tape measure before ordering, confirming the existing filter measures within 1/8 inch of 14 x 22 x 0.75 inches actual.

Key Features

MERV 13 electrostatically charged synthetic media captures over 90% of particles from 1-10 microns, including pollen, pet dander, mold spores, smoke, bacteria, and viruses

Activated carbon layer reduces common household odors passing through the filter media

Actual size 14 x 22 x 0.75 inches fits nominal 14x22x1 filter openings

Reinforced 2-part frame construction provides durability and supports consistent airflow across the filter face

Sold as a 12-pack for extended service intervals; replace every 30-90 days depending on household conditions

Made in the USA

Compatibility

Custom-made to fit nominal 14x22x1 filter slots in forced-air furnace and air conditioning systems.
