Each filter uses electrostatically charged, hypoallergenic, antimicrobial filter media to capture large airborne particles such as household dust, pollen, mold spores, and pet dander on every pass. The moisture-resistant beverage board frame holds its shape in high-humidity conditions. The nominal size is 12x20x1 with an actual size of 11.5 x 19.5 x 0.75 inches. MERV 7 efficiency is equivalent to MPR 600. Licensed HVAC technicians and knowledgeable DIYers install this filter in standard 1-inch filter slots.

This filter is suited for residential homes and light commercial spaces where basic to moderate air quality improvement is the goal. It is a practical choice for households with pets, mild allergy concerns, or environments with elevated dust levels. The MERV 7 rating captures large airborne particles efficiently without significantly restricting airflow in standard HVAC equipment. Nordic Pure recommends replacing the filter every 1 to 3 months depending on conditions such as pet presence, renovation activity, or allergy sensitivity. The 3-pack format supports a full season of scheduled replacements.

Key Features

MERV 7 rated pleated media captures household dust, mold spores, pollen, and pet dander

Electrostatically charged, hypoallergenic, and antimicrobial filter media

Moisture-resistant beverage board frame maintains structural integrity in humid conditions

Actual size 11.5 x 19.5 x 0.75 inches fits standard 12x20x1 nominal filter slots

Equivalent to MPR 600 rating used by other filter manufacturers

Made in the USA

Compatibility

Designed as an OEM-style replacement for standard 1-inch residential and light commercial furnace and air conditioner filter slots with a nominal size of 12x20x1.
