Sized to exact measurements of 12.75 x 21 x 0.75 inches, this filter is hand-fabricated to the specific dimensions ordered rather than manufactured to a standard nominal size. The activated carbon layer targets odors alongside standard particulate capture, making it well suited for residential and light-commercial HVAC applications where both air quality and odor control are priorities. HVAC technicians and facilities personnel install these in furnaces and central air systems requiring non-standard filter dimensions.

This filter is designed for residential furnaces and central air conditioning systems that require a custom filter size outside of standard nominal dimensions. It is appropriate for installations where the measured filter opening falls at 12.75 x 21 x 0.75 inches. Because this unit is custom-made to the dimensions entered at ordering, it is not returnable. Installers should verify the actual opening measurement with a tape measure before ordering. The MERV 7 rating makes this filter a practical choice for general residential filtration in homes with pets, moderate dust loads, or odor concerns.

Key Features

MERV 7 rating captures 50 to 70 percent of airborne particles between 3 and 10 microns, including lint, dust, pollen, pet dander, and mold spores

Activated carbon layer reduces common household odors without significantly increasing static pressure

Exact-cut construction at 12.75 x 21 x 0.75 inches to fit non-standard filter openings precisely

Reinforced 2-part frame provides added structural durability and supports consistent airflow over the filter life

Supplied as a 6-pack, supporting a full replacement cycle without repeated reordering

Made in the USA

Compatibility

Designed as a custom exact-fit replacement for residential and light-commercial furnace and central air conditioning systems with a filter opening that measures 12.75 x 21 x 0.75 inches actual size. Power down or set the thermostat to off before replacing the filter to prevent debris from entering the air handler during the swap. Confirm airflow direction arrows on the filter frame align with system airflow before seating the filter. Nordic Pure recommends replacing 1-inch filters every 30 to 90 days depending on environmental conditions such as pet presence, occupancy level, and local air quality.

Technical Specifications

Filter Type: MERV 7 Plus Carbon Pleated

MERV Rating: 7

Nominal Size: 12.75 x 21 x 1 inches

Actual Size: 12.75 x 21 x 0.75 inches

Quantity per Box: 6

Frame Construction: Reinforced 2-part frame

Weight: 2 pounds

Box Width: 15 inches

Box Height: 26 inches

Box Depth: 7 inches

Country of Origin: USA

UPC: 848224162681

Standard Information

Brand: NORDIC PURE

Manufacturer Part Number: 12_3/4x21x1ExactCustomM7+C-6

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0270/4519/9983/files/22407e7d058256b6ce95849ba8756844_70e35e24-fad5-4de9-b714-b03ebcdeb814.jpg?v=1789993984
