This filter carries a MERV 7 rating with activated carbon media, capturing airborne particulates while also reducing common household odors. The electrostatically charged synthetic filter media attracts and holds lint, household dust, pollen, dust mites, pet dander, mold spores, and baking flour. The reinforced 2-part frame adds structural durability without restricting airflow. HVAC technicians and knowledgeable homeowners install this filter as a direct replacement where a 10 x 18 x 1 inch nominal slot is required.

This filter is sized to exact dimensions - nominal 10 x 18 x 1 inch, actual 10 x 18 x 0.75 inches - making it a custom-cut product intended for installations where standard nominal sizes do not fit correctly. It is appropriate for residential forced-air systems and light commercial HVAC applications where balanced filtration efficiency and low airflow resistance are both priorities. The carbon layer provides an added layer of odor control beyond what a standard pleated filter delivers. Custom sizing means the filter is cut to order, so installers should confirm the actual filter slot dimensions before ordering. This SKU is supplied as a 6-pack.

Key Features

MERV 7 rating captures 50 to 70 percent of airborne particles between 3 and 10 microns, including dust, pollen, pet dander, and mold spores

Activated carbon layer reduces common household odors beyond standard pleated filtration

Electrostatically charged synthetic media attracts and retains fine particulates without heavy airflow restriction

Reinforced 2-part frame construction provides added durability and consistent dimensional stability over filter life

Custom exact-size cut - actual dimensions 10 x 18 x 0.75 inches - for installations where standard nominal sizes do not fit

Made in the USA

Compatibility

Custom-cut to exact dimensions for forced-air furnace and central AC applications requiring a 10 x 18 x 1 inch nominal filter slot with an actual opening of approximately 10 x 18 x 0.75 inches.
