Sized at Dash 32, this O-Ring provides a reliable face seal at SAE straight-thread boss port connections commonly found in hydraulic systems. Manufactured from Nitrile (NBR) compound, it offers good resistance to petroleum-based hydraulic fluids and oils. The part measures 2.5 inches in length by 2.5 inches in width with a 0.15-inch section height, and weighs approximately 0.001 pounds. It is a standard replacement-grade seal suited for maintenance and repair of hydraulic circuits.

This O-Ring is used in hydraulic plumbing at SAE Boss port fittings in industrial, mobile, and stationary hydraulic systems. Typical applications include sealing straight-thread port connections on hydraulic valves, cylinders, manifolds, and pumps. Hydraulic technicians and fluid power mechanics install this seal during routine fitting maintenance, component replacement, or system assembly where Dash 32 boss port seals are specified.

Key Features

Nitrile (NBR) 90-durometer compound rated for petroleum-based hydraulic fluids

SAE Boss O-Ring profile for straight-thread port face sealing

Dash Size 32 for standard SAE boss port fitment

Low profile section height of 0.15 inches minimizes installation interference

2.5 inch outer diameter supports large-bore boss port connections

Minimum order quantity of 1 for single-seal service needs

Compatibility

Designed as an OEM-style replacement SAE Boss O-Ring for Dash Size 32 straight-thread hydraulic port connections in hydraulic systems requiring a Nitrile 90 seal.

Installation Notes

Installation should be performed by a qualified hydraulic technician or fluid power mechanic. Depressurize and bleed down the hydraulic system fully before removing any fittings or seals. Lightly lubricate the O-Ring with clean system fluid before seating it in the boss port groove to prevent pinching or rolling during assembly. Torque straight-thread fittings per the fitting manufacturer's specification after the O-Ring is properly seated.

Technical Specifications

Dash Size: 32

Material: Nitrile (NBR)

Length: 2.5 inches

Width: 2.5 inches

Section Height: 0.15 inches

Weight: 0.001 pounds

Category: Hydraulics - O-Rings and Seals

Standard Information

Brand: MIDLAND INDUSTRIES

Manufacturer Part Number: 400032

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0270/4519/9983/files/c894d34131af9325322cede33b59a7f8_d71d8618-5473-4d6b-a8de-4635af89b79e.jpg?v=1791740612
