It accepts 8mm outside diameter tubing and delivers a 90-degree directional change while passing the line through a fixed wall or partition. The fitting body is constructed from nylon and nickel-plated brass, and the O-ring seal is nitrile. Maximum rated working pressure is 290 psi. Installation requires no tools for tube insertion, making it well suited for pneumatic plumbing tasks where speed and accessibility matter.

This fitting is used in pneumatic systems where tubing must pass through a panel or structural divider at an angle. Typical applications include industrial automation equipment, compressed air distribution panels, and fluid conveyance assemblies where a 90-degree change of direction at a bulkhead is required. The push-to-connect mechanism allows fast field assembly and disassembly without crimping or threading tools.

Key Features

Push-to-connect design allows tool-free tube insertion and removal

Bulkhead configuration routes tubing through panels or enclosures

90-degree elbow orientation for in-line directional changes at the wall

Nylon and nickel-plated brass construction for corrosion resistance

Nitrile O-ring seal for reliable pneumatic service

Rated to 290 psi working pressure

Compatibility

Designed for use with 8mm outside diameter tubing in push-to-connect pneumatic or fluid conveyance systems requiring bulkhead-mounted elbow fittings.

Installation Notes

Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing or installing any fittings. Ensure tubing is cut cleanly and squarely and that the tube end is free of burrs before insertion. Verify the bulkhead panel thickness falls within the fitting's specified mounting range and secure the locknut to the appropriate torque per the panel material. Installation is typically performed by industrial maintenance technicians or pneumatic system installers following applicable facility safety procedures.

Technical Specifications

Tube Outside Diameter: 8mm

Maximum Working Pressure: 290 psi

Body Material: Nylon, Nickel-Plated Brass

O-Ring Material: Nitrile

Connection Type: Push-To-Connect

Fitting Configuration: Bulkhead Union Elbow

Weight: 0.07 pounds

UNSPSC Code: 27121707

Standard Information

Brand: LEGRIS

Manufacturer Part Number: 3139 08 00
