Cut to 8 inches by 17.625 inches, this sheet mounts without tools using a hook-and-loop (Velcro-style) attachment system, eliminating the clamps and fasteners required by conventional drum sanders. The 60 grit abrasive cuts efficiently on hardwood and softwood floor surfaces, making it suitable for material removal, rough leveling, and old finish stripping. Floor sanding professionals and flooring contractors are the primary installers of this consumable.

This sanding sheet is sized and configured to fit the Silverline SL-8 hook-and-loop drum sander. The 60 grit rating places it in the coarse-abrasive range, appropriate for initial passes on heavily worn floors, removal of old coatings, or flattening cupped boards before moving to finer grits. Each package contains one sheet sold individually, allowing technicians to stock exactly the quantity needed for a given job.

Key Features

Hook-and-loop attachment - no tools or clamps required to mount or swap sheets

60 grit coarse abrasive for aggressive stock removal and finish stripping

Sized at 8 inches x 17.625 inches to fit Silverline SL-8 drum sanders

Lightweight construction at 0.06 pounds per sheet

Sold individually (each) for flexible quantity purchasing

Compatibility

Designed to fit the Silverline SL-8 hook-and-loop drum sander.
