C601105070 is a Category 6 Plus (CAT6+) CMR-rated patch cord finished in green, designed for structured cabling installations in commercial and residential buildings. CMR (Communications Multipurpose Cable, Riser) rating qualifies this cord for use in riser pathways between floors, meeting building code requirements for fire spread resistance in vertical runs. At 70 inches in length, it provides the reach needed for equipment room patch panels, server rack connections, and wall-outlet-to-device links. Belden is a recognized name in high-performance data and signal cabling, and this cord is built to CAT6+ performance standards supporting Gigabit and higher-speed Ethernet applications.

This patch cord is suited for structured cabling environments including telecommunications rooms, data centers, office networks, and light commercial installations. It is appropriate for connecting patch panels to network switches, workstations to wall jacks, or active equipment within a rack. The green jacket color is commonly used for color-coded cable management schemes to identify specific network segments or VLAN assignments at a glance.

Key Features

CAT6 Plus performance rating supports Gigabit Ethernet and beyond

CMR riser-rated jacket meets NEC requirements for vertical cable runs between floors

70-inch length suits rack-to-panel and equipment-room connections

Green jacket color supports color-coded cable management practices

Sold individually, allowing precise quantity ordering per installation

Compatibility

Designed as a CAT6 Plus riser-rated patch cord compatible with standard RJ45 patch panels, keystone jacks, and network switch ports in CAT6 or CAT6A structured cabling systems.

Installation Notes

Installation is typically performed by low-voltage cabling technicians or network infrastructure professionals following ANSI/TIA-568 structured cabling standards. Verify that riser-rated (CMR) cable is required for the pathway before installation, and confirm local AHJ and NEC code requirements for cable type in the specific building application. Avoid sharp bends or kinks that exceed the minimum bend radius, as this can degrade signal performance in high-frequency CAT6 applications. Do not route data cabling in parallel with high-voltage electrical conductors without maintaining NEC-required separation distances.

Technical Specifications

Cable Category: CAT6 Plus (CAT6+)

Jacket Rating: CMR (Riser)

Color: Green

Length: 70 inches

Unit of Measure: Each

Quantity Per Unit: 1

Standard Information

Brand: BELDEN INC.

Manufacturer Part Number: C601105070

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0270/4519/9983/files/2dcf51110774dc5539d211a2fa02edfc_664036f1-9329-4a9e-8a84-e990b99a5294.jpg?v=1786446730
