Made for 2 inch x 3 inch rectangular downspout systems, this elbow bends by hand and holds its set position without tools. It extends from 8 inches to 18 inches and flexes to form either an A-style or B-style elbow configuration. The white plastic construction resists corrosion and suits standard residential gutter installations. Roofers, gutter installers, and general contractors use this part when routing drainage around architectural features or when a fixed elbow will not clear an obstruction.

This elbow fits 2 inch x 3 inch downspouts and is compatible with 4 inch and 5 inch gutters. It is suited for residential applications where downspout runs must navigate corners, porch additions, bay windows, or other projections. The adjustable length range of 8 inches to 18 inches makes it useful in situations where standard fixed elbows leave gaps or create alignment problems. The part ships as a single unit and installs without fasteners in most standard gutter channel configurations.

Key Features

Flexes by hand and holds shape - no tools required to set the angle

Adjustable length from 8 inches to 18 inches for variable offset runs

Configures as either A-style or B-style elbow

Fits 2 inch x 3 inch downspouts and 4 inch and 5 inch gutters

White plastic construction resists rust and corrosion

Compatibility

Designed for use with 2 inch x 3 inch rectangular downspouts and 4 inch and 5 inch residential gutters.

Installation Notes

Installation is typically performed by roofing or gutter contractors. Before servicing an existing downspout run, clear debris and ensure the gutter system is dry. Snap or slip the elbow into the downspout outlet and flex to the required angle before securing with sheet metal screws or gutter sealant per local building practice. Do not over-flex the elbow beyond its designed range, as repeated sharp bending may weaken the material at the flex joints.

Technical Specifications

Downspout Size: 2 x 3 inches

Compatible Gutter Sizes: 4 inch and 5 inch

Extended Length Range: 8 inches to 18 inches

Elbow Styles: A-style and B-style

Material: Plastic

Color: White

Package Weight: 0.255 pounds

Sold As: Each

Standard Information

Brand: AMERIMAX HOME PRODUCTS

Manufacturer Part Number: 37084HP
